Superintendent

Miranda Construction | Full-Time

Note:

Candidates must have construction field experience on commercial projects. A minimum of 3 years as a Superintendent or Lead Foreman managing multiple subcontractors required for consideration. We appreciate your respect for these qualifications.

At Miranda Construction, we build the best buildings, with the best people. Our reputation is rooted in disciplined field execution, collaborative partnerships, and an unwavering commitment to quality and safety on every project we deliver.

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team — a field leader who thrives on tight coordination, holds high standards, and can drive a project from groundbreaking to turnover with confidence and professionalism.

Role Purpose

The Superintendent serves as the on-site leader for Miranda Construction projects. You will be responsible for on-site coordination across all phases of construction — directing subcontractors, managing schedules, enforcing quality standards, and ensuring every project is completed safely, on time, and in full compliance with plans and specifications.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to establish immediate control and organization on active industrial job sites.

Why You’ll Thrive at Miranda Construction
  • Accountability and Ownership:
You’ll have real authority in the field and be trusted to lead — not just report.
  • Strong Subcontractor Relationships:
We treat our subs as partners. You’ll manage relationships built on mutual respect, clear communication, and fair expectations.
  • Structured Support:
You won’t be left guessing. Our project teams provide the plans, resources, and administrative backbone you need to execute without friction.
  • Competitive Compensation Package:
Salary, bonus, company vehicle, fuel card, health/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, and paid holidays.
  • Career Growth:
We invest in field leaders who produce results and want to grow within the organization.
