In this important role, you will serve as a key support contact for our German-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional service. Your fluency in German will be vital in fostering strong client relationships and enhancing their overall experience with our services.
As a Client Support Specialist, you will resolve client concerns, deliver product information, and ensure seamless communication. We value individuals who are passionate about customer service and thrive in a collaborative environment that emphasizes teamwork and excellence.
Responsibilities- Assist clients in German via various communication channels including phone, email, and chat
- Effectively address client inquiries and resolve issues related to our products and services
- Accurately document client interactions within our CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex client issues
- Educate clients on optimal usage of our offerings to help them achieve their goals
- Gather and communicate feedback from clients to drive service improvements
- Maintain a professional and positive image of Mercier Consultancy during all client interactions
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in customer service or related fields is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Client-oriented approach with a dedication to providing outstanding service
- Familiarity with customer support software is a plus
