This position is part of our Extended Season
, requiring availability from early May through the first week of January 2027. Applicants must be able to commit to working during this entire time frame.
This position is available for those ages 16+.

Job Description

This position is responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring smooth operations at the Season Pass Center, Ticket Booths, Wheels For Rent, Lockers, and the Front Gate. Host must perform all assigned tasks while maintaining a focus on guest experience, park safety, and adherence to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities Season Pass Processing:
  • Operate BOS System accurately and efficiently.
  • Sell season passes (new and renewals).
  • Take and upload photos for season passes.
  • Print and distribute season pass cards.
  • Provide accurate pricing information and highlight season pass benefits.
  • Process parking refunds as needed.
Ticket Selling:
  • Sell tickets and upsell to season passes when appropriate.
  • Understand and explain all promotions and discounts.
  • Process various coupon types accurately.
  • Ensure guests purchasing two-day tickets understand the importance of keeping their tickets for both days.
Ticket Scanning:
  • Scan tickets and respond appropriately to scanner messages.
  • Ensure only guests with valid tickets, season passes, or hand stamps are admitted.
  • Direct guests without valid tickets to the ticket booth.
  • Notify supervisors of issues or concerns as indicated by scanners.
  • Ensure compliance with ticket type restrictions during group events or buyouts.
  • Direct guests with season pass cups to Guest Services for proper distribution.
Re-Entry Hand Stamping:
  • Apply hand stamps accurately for re-entry.
  • Alert supervisors when ink supplies are low.
Wheels For Rent:
  • Sell strollers, ECV’s, and wheelchairs.
  • Have knowledge and be able to assist guests on ECV instructions and usage.
  • Notify supervisors of issues with any items sold.
Lockers:
  • Assist guests in purchasing and operating lockers.
  • Ensure all locker kiosks are operating correctly throughout the day.
  • Clear the lockers after park close and bring any unclaimed items to Guest Services.
Knowledge of the Park:
  • Demonstrate familiarity with Guest Services and park-wide policies.
  • Provide accurate information about the park when asked.
  • Know the locations and schedules of attractions, shows, restrooms, lockers, strollers, and other guest amenities.
  • Stay updated on daily changes, such as ride closures, weather impacts, and event schedules.
  • Guide guests to appropriate services or locations as needed.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and constant smile.
  • Greet every guest with enthusiasm.
  • Use radio communication codes accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
  • Communicate effectively and clearly.
  • Enforce park policies while addressing guest concerns in a friendly manner.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in all Guest Services locations (Season Pass Center, Front Gate, Ticket Booth, Wheels For Rent, Lockers).
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to operate computers consistently and accurately.
  • Communicate with guests in a friendly and informative manner.
  • Identify colors and text displayed on scanners.
  • Verify season pass photos for accuracy.
  • Lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
  • Report for scheduled shifts consistently and on time.
  • Demonstrate flexibility with work availability, including weekends and holidays.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Assist supervisors and managers with special projects as needed.
  • Report equipment issues promptly.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance service skills and policy knowledge.
  • Uphold park safety and cleanliness standards always.
