Looking for a hard working, dedicated team player to work in Louisville, KY as a Customer Service Rep.

Candidate Requirements- Two (2) years of work experience in a customer service or office setting
- Knowledge of home, life and auto insurance a plus
- Must have proven ability to provide consistently high-quality service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- $16/HR (Payrate will increase once the casualty insurance test has been passed)
- Obtain your Property & Casualty license at no cost to you. You will also be paid for your time in class and taking the exam
- Temp to Hire
- Monday-Friday
- M-F 8a-5p
- Located in Louisville, KY 40211
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Gather all necessary information from customers to provide accurate quotes for various insurance products (e.g., home, auto, life, commercial)
- Assist customers with policy changes, claims, and payments
- Provide guidance and recommendations to customers based on their insurance needs
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in our database
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet departmental goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best service to our customers
