This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Customer Service Specialist based in Louisville, KY. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality customer support, addressing client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining excellent phone etiquette. The role will involve managing customer interactions to enhance client experience while efficiently resolving issues and providing solutions, contributing to a positive and professional environment.

• Proven skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and enhancing Customer Experience
• Strong ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through effective communication and efficient problem-solving
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and professionalism in customer interactions
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Prior experience in medical or healthcare customer service is a plus
• Proficiency with CRM software and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare or customer service is advantageous
