LOCATION

NOTE:

We are hiring multiple candidates for this position. This is an in-person role located at our Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, and Palm Beach campuses. Relocation support is available.

Most enrollment functions are designed to drive volume. This one is designed to uphold standards.

At 2 Hour Learning, we serve families who demand precision, discretion, and evidence. We condense a full school day into two concentrated hours through AI-powered, mastery-based learning. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, and the results are data-verified. Afternoons are freed for depth, autonomy, and real-world capability development. The model is effective. But it functions only with aligned families.

That is your responsibility.

You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus, from initial inquiry to onboarding. This is not a pass-off role. You are accountable for how families engage with us, how well they comprehend the model, and whether enrollment choices are made with the right rationale. You will evaluate fit, facilitate informed discussions, and advocate “no” when that is the appropriate response.

The objective is not enrollment volume. The objective is mutual alignment.

We welcome candidates from premium service backgrounds outside traditional education: private schools, selective programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership platforms, or owner-operators who have directly managed high-value client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capability to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with sound judgment, clarity, and reliability.

If your career has been built on white-glove service where trust, discretion, and experiential quality define the brand, this role will be recognizable—just applied to work that genuinely shifts outcomes.

This is a full-time, salaried, in-person role. We are hiring in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, and Palm Beach. Relocation support is available.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Managing the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Facilitating needs‑assessment discussions to confirm fit prior to offering solutions or suggesting next steps.
  • Overseeing 20+ active family relationships across various enrollment stages, with transparent tracking of status and follow‑up.
  • Guiding campus tours, shadow visits, and decision‑making conversations that articulate outcomes, expectations, and ideal‑fit criteria.
  • Keeping precise CRM and enrollment documentation (Hub Spot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Executing transactional or aggressive sales methods.
  • Admitting misaligned families solely to meet a target.
  • Overseeing a large team or working through complex approval hierarchies.
  • Handing off responsibility for the family experience to other team members.
  • Working remotely. This role is campus‑based intentionally.
