Greet guests and provide outstanding guest service at the service desk;
Oversee and authorize returns, exchanges, and discounts; ensure completion of PoS transactions;
Help train cashiers and cross-train associates;
Prepare daily deposits and media; manage cash handling and safe access at some locations;
Support loss-prevention efforts and assist with front-end operations as needed
