* Greet customers warmly and handle their inquiries and orders professionally

* Take phone and in-person orders accurately and efficiently

* Process cash and credit card transactions

* Prepare food items according to company standards

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment

* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

* Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and courteously

* Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed

* Adhere to all company policies, food safety regulations, and quality control standards

* Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills

Qualifications

* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

* Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written

* Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

* Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems

* Ability to follow directions and adhere to company procedures

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

* Cash handling experience and basic math skills

* Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order taking and food preparation

* Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required

* Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate
