The Byerly Auto Group team is seeking an experienced Service Advisor. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of experience and a positive attitude. They must have well‑developed customer service skills, embrace a lifelong pursuit of learning, and pursue a goal of achieving the highest level of customer service excellence. Additional experience as a Service Advisor at a new car dealership with any brand is required.

• Maintain Customer Service Index (CSI) rating as set by the dealership service manager.
• Handle writing up basic maintenance for our service customers.
• Responsible for the entire customer service experience from the service drive until the vehicle is turned back over to the customer.
• Advise customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.
• Effectively communicate to the customer the timeline of repair and maintenance.
• Follow up with progress calls and/or emails to customers regarding any changes in the estimate or pick‑up time.
• Document repair and maintenance changes on repair order in the approved manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and questions.
