The Louisville Palace and Mercury Ballroom are seeking seasonal part-time Ancillary crew members for the 2024 Concert Season. As an Ancillary crew member, you will assist patrons with point-of-sale items and event support, including handling seat upgrades, cash-to-card transactions, and miscellaneous purchases.
Crew arrive before shows and stay after to help with equipment and rentals. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and customer-service experience; strong communication and diplomacy
