Full-Time | Monday – Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM/10:00 AM–7:00 PM HEALTHCARE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Healthcare Customer Service Representative will provide excellent service to both internal and external customers. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, providing follow-up support, and researching issues to help resolve customer concerns. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
