Part-Time Receptionist Louisville Mercedes!

• Wednesday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Every Other Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• $16.00 per hour

• Greet customers and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Assist customers with general inquiries and route them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including light clerical tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the Mercedes-Benz brand.

• Previous receptionist experience or experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers, multi-line phone systems, and basic office software.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and dependable attendance.
