About

The Role

The Dot Experience - part factory tour, attraction, museum and center for education - has a mission to change perspectives about blindness and empower individual action toward a world that welcomes everyone. The Dot Experience aims to set new standards for accessibility and inclusion. This new attraction is scheduled to open in fall 2026. It is nested within the structure of American Printing House, serving as the headquarters’ new front door, and operates as a component part of the organization.

We’re looking for outgoing, welcoming Museum Associates who enjoy working with people and helping visitors connect with new ideas and experiences. Reporting to the Guest Experience Supervisor, you’ll support the day-to-day visitor experience across tours, educational activities, ticketing, retail, group visits, and special events.

  • Support guest services, including ticketing, purchases, retail operations, group welcomes, and general visitor assistance.
  • Assist with factory tours, workshops, hands-on activities, and other educational experiences.
  • Support special events, group visits, and other visitor-facing museum activities.
  • Help maintain organized and accessible public and retail spaces, including light restocking and merchandising.
  • Work collaboratively across museum teams and respond professionally to visitor questions, feedback, and changing needs.
