Leasing Professional – The Edwin | Louisville, KYThe Edwin in Louisville is seeking a Leasing Professional to join our team. If you’re motivated, customer-focused, and ready to grow your career, we want to hear from you!

- Customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality experience (leasing experience is a plus)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with Microsoft Office & social media
- Saturday availability
- Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Tour apartments and close leases
- Collect deposits and prepare lease agreements
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Support marketing and resident engagement
- Ensure apartments are ready for tours
- Provide excellent customer service while following Fair Housing guidelines
