UX Designer II

Working closely with Product Managers to
** transform business goals into actionable UX/UI
** business requirements in line with a user-centered design philosophy Collaborating with Product and Engineering to vet and
** refine UX/UI requirements
** UX/UI business requirements to  when needed (for user testing, communicating requirements, etc)
** familiarity of features and value of the products
** 2+ years of experience designing business software UXFamiliarity with emerging technologies, including AI tools

Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, a related field, or possessing equivalent experience

Intermediate knowledge of front-end technologies used to implement designs (HTML, CSS, etc.)Natural ability to create and grow relationships between teams and across departments

Excellent heuristic usability analysis skills Strong requirements-gathering and business analysis skills Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - quickly and iteratively, delivering on time Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
