A rapidly growing, full‑service AEC firm is seeking a Registered Architect to play a critical role in expanding its architectural practice. This position is ideal for a highly capable architect who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and excels at project execution, leadership, and end‑to‑end project delivery.

• Lead architectural projects from initial planning and design through construction administration
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables with a strong focus on execution
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal engineering teams, consultants, and external stakeholders
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Drive project momentum in a fast‑paced environment, proactively identifying and resolving issues
• Utilize modern design tools, technology, and workflows to improve efficiency and project outcomes
• Uphold quality standards, regulatory compliance, and professional best practices
• Contribute to the continued growth and evolution of architectural practice

• Licensed Registered Architect (required)
• 10–15 years of relevant professional architectural experience
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects from start to finish
• Strong project management skills, including budget and schedule ownership
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary AEC teams
• Highly effective communicator with clients, consultants, and internal partners
• Comfortable adopting and leveraging modern technology and design tools
• Action‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Ability to operate efficiently in a fast‑growing, dynamic organization
