We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Registered Architect to join a leading Company located in the Louisville, KY surrounding area.

A rapidly growing, full-service firm is seeking a Registered Architect to play a critical role in expanding its architectural practice. This position is ideal for a highly capable architect who thrives in a fast-moving environment and excels at project execution, leadership, and end-to-end project delivery.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead architectural projects from initial planning and design through construction administration.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables with a strong focus on execution.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal engineering teams, consultants, and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Drive project momentum in a fast‑paced environment, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Utilize modern design tools, technology, and workflows to improve efficiency and project outcomes.
  • Uphold quality standards, regulatory compliance, and professional best practices.
  • Contribute to the continued growth and evolution of architectural practice.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • Licensed Registered Architect (required).
  • 10‑15 years of relevant professional architectural experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects from start to finish.
  • Strong project management skills, including budget and schedule ownership.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
  • Highly effective communicator with clients, consultants, and internal partners.
  • Comfortable adopting and leveraging modern technology and design tools.
  • Action‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Ability to operate efficiently in a fast‑growing, dynamic organization.
