Architect, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect

A rapidly growing, full-service AEC firm is seeking a Licensed Registered Architect to play a key role in expanding and strengthening its architectural practice.

.

• Lead architectural projects from initial planning and design through construction administration
• Own project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams, consultants, and stakeholders
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring strong communication and alignment
• Proactively identify and resolve challenges to maintain project momentum
• Leverage modern design tools and workflows to drive efficiency
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold high quality standards
• Contribute to the continued growth of the architectural practice

• Licensed Registered Architect (required)
• 10–15 years of professional architectural experience
• Proven record of delivering projects from concept through completion
• Strong project management skills with budget and schedule ownership
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary AEC teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable adopting modern technology and design tools
• Action-oriented with strong accountability and ownership
