About the RoleHidden Talent is recruiting a full-time, on-site Revit Drafter / Architectural Technician on behalf of Work Architecture to support project teams through high-quality drafting, Revit modeling, and construction documentation.
This role is heavily production-focused and ideal for someone who enjoys technical work, problem-solving, and helping improve standards across the office.
Responsibilities- Produce accurate Revit models and construction documents
- Support project teams with drafting, modeling, and technical documentation
- Assist with BIM coordination and file setup
- Maintain Revit standards, templates, and documentation consistency
- Coordinate technical details across disciplines
- Support project teams by troubleshooting issues and improving efficiency
- Assist with Revit content libraries and family creation
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and Designers to ensure projects move smoothly
- 2+ years of Revit-focused experience within an architecture firm
- Strong Revit skills required
- CAD experience preferred
- Experience producing construction documents
- Understanding of drafting standards and architectural detailing
- Familiarity with Bluebeam, Sketch Up, and Enscape preferred
- Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong technical and problem-solving abilities
- Enjoys working independently while supporting a team
- Passionate about efficiency and improving systems
- Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
- Teacher mentality and willingness to support others
- Salary range: $65,000-$85,000 depending on experience
