We have an
Interior Design Co-op opportunity for Spring 2027. We are seeking a student who is self-driven with experience/interest in the commercial/residential design field. We need an independent thinker who works well on small group collaborations in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. This person must be motivated, detail-oriented, and have problem-solving skills to help manage a variety of jobs concurrently.

Responsibilities
:

• Workwithinteriordesignteamtodevelopdesignsolutions
• Researchconceptsandmaterialstosupportdesignteamontechnicalissues influencingconceptdevelopment
• Workwithintimelyschedulestocoordinatethecompletionoftasksthroughtofinal project completion
• Conductonsiteobservationsandproviderecommendationstohelpstreamline ongoingdesignprojects
• Prepare Revitdocumentsandparticipateinclientpresentations
• Select/Specify furniture,materials,andfinisheswhilekeepingwithinproject specificationsandbudgets
• Traveltoprojectlocationstocheckonprojectsfromconceptiontothecompletionof job install

Requirements:

• Studentenrolledinan Interior Design program
• Knowledge of Revit,Enscape,InDesign,Photoshop,MSOffice&Smartsheets
• Revit3-Drenderingsandfloorplandesignandarchitecturaldrawings
• Highly motivated,high energy,willingtojumpinandassistdesignteamasneeded
• Abilitytoinstalldesignjobs.
  
  Thisincludeslifting,climbing,andagilitytoproficiently dotasksrequestedoninstalls
• Mustbeabletomulti-taskandprioritizeworkload
