Production Engineer | Direct Hire | $60-$70k | Fairfield, OH
Location: Fairfield, OH |
Schedule: Monday–Friday, On-Site Salary: $60,000–$70,000 based on experience |
Direct Hire, Full-Time, Salaried
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Engineer with strong AutoCAD 2D drafting skills to create shop drawings and technical documentation for retail signage, fixtures, millwork, cabinetry, and interior décor.
Key Responsibilities- Create detailed AutoCAD shop drawings from architectural plans, elevations, renderings, and site surveys.
- Prepare production drawings for retail fixtures, signage, cabinetry, millwork, and décor.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and project teams to ensure designs are accurate and manufacturable.
- Troubleshoot drawing/product issues and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Required: AutoCAD 2D experience/certification in architectural, mechanical, or engineering drafting.
- Preferred: Experience drafting cabinetry, millwork, interior décor/designs, or construction drawings.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in drafting, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and Microsoft Office experience a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- 100% on-site at the Fairfield, OH office.
- Start time between 7:00–8:30 AM
, Monday–Friday. - U.S. work authorization required.
