• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited school of optometry.
• Licensure to practice Optometry in the state of Kentucky.
• A strong commitment to providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and managing a broad range of ocular diseases.
