Join a 25+ year old, progressive, physician run group specializing in managing the care of a predominately Geriatric population in Louisville.

The group's focus is on outcomes, not on volume of patients.

Key Characteristics of a the Practice:

Physician run organization with peer collaboration

New patients are scheduled at 40 minute intervals and follow ups are 20 minutes

On average the daily schedule is less than 20 patients per day Balanced work life;
Monday Friday schedule, no nights or weekends

Practice call telephonic only and only 2-3 week blocks per year Exclusive focus on complex senior patients

Small panel size is: 350-400 patients
