Community Health Partners (CHP) provides regional/community-based hospitals emergency department, hospitalist, and urgent care provider staffing throughout Ohio. Through a joint venture between OSUP Community Outreach and Community Emergency Medicine Partners, the group is committed to improving local continuity of care and patient outcomes.

• Wilson Health in Sidney, Ohio (North of Dayton)
• Wayne Health Care in Greenville (Outside Dayton/Cincinnati)
• Highland District Hospital in Hillsboro (Outside Dayton/Cincinnati)
• Hocking Valley Community Hospital in Logan (South of Columbus)

Open to New and Experienced EM Physicians as well as Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Trained Physicians with Emergency Experience 1099 or W2
- Part-Time or Full-Time Options Admin support and APP Collaboration Rural and Community-Based Facilities Full-time, Part-time, and PRN Flexible Scheduling.

• Collaborate with administrative support and APPs.
• Work in rural and community-based facilities.

• Emergency Medicine training or experience - MD/DO
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine training with Emergency experience is acceptable 2-3 years experience.

• Ability to provide high-quality emergency care.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience in community-based healthcare settings.
• Flexibility in scheduling and adaptability to various environments.
