- Starting Feb 3 rd , 2025, ongoing
- Location:
Kentucky - Setting:
Outpatient/ Clinic - Locum will see hematology patients
- Patient Volume: 15-20/day
- Required Experience:
Chemotherapy, Blood transfusions, Immunotherapy - Leukemia and Sickle Cell patients will be seen at this location
- APP Support/Supervision:
Each MD has 1 FTE Clinic RN - EMR: EPIC
- Requirements:
Ac tive KY License, Board Certified
- A Malpractice Insurance covered
- All Travel Covered
- Weekly direct deposit and online work logs
- 24-hour direct contact with your Delta Locum Tenens representative
