SPED Teacher; ONSITE –KY

Opportunity

eLuma is looking for a Special Education Teacher to work on‑site with a KY school district for the 25‑26 school year. The district is located about 30 minutes South of Louisville, KY.

This is a full‑time opportunity requiring approximately 37.5 hours per week.

This role will support elementary ages.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
• Active state teaching certification in Special Education for the state of service
• Knowledge of IDEA, IEP development, and special education compliance
• Experience providing instruction and/or case management for students with disabilities
• Strong computer and technical skills
• Reliable high‑speed internet, computer, and webcam capable of supporting virtual instruction

• Previous teaching experience
• 1+ years experience working in a school‑based special education setting
• Familiarity with IEP platforms (e.g., Frontline, Power School, SEIS, etc.)
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
