About the Waldorf School of Louisville:
The Waldorf School of Louisville (WSL) is a fee‑based, independent school in Jefferson County, serving children from Pre‑Kindergarten through Grade 8. The school was established in 1992, and has been providing a unique curriculum that blends the arts with rigorous academics for over thirty years. The Grades Resource Teacher will provide support to students in Grades 1–8.
During the 2025–2026 school year this includes Middle School Language Arts, Eighth Grade Research Projects, Grade 3 Reading Support, and supporting classes in their specialty periods or recess.
An ideal candidate will have confidence in classroom management and teaching experience with ages 6–14. Experience in Waldorf Education is preferred.

This position is on‑site at WSL’s campus. This position involves 15–20 hours of contact time and preparation hours per week. Compensation for the role is $20/hr this position is an hourly, non‑exempt role.
