Whitewater Crossing Christian Church (Cleves, OH) is a thriving and growing nondenominational church with an average weekly attendance of 1,350 and a bold vision to be a people of the Word, prayer, and the Holy Spirit—making more and better disciples, both here and not here. We are passionate about raising up the next generation, and we’re looking for a Youth & Young Adult Minister who shares that passion.

We’re a single‑site church on the west side of Cincinnati, OH with plenty of room to grow, currently ministering to 75–100 middle and high school students and over 40 young adults. This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead a life‑giving, disciple‑making ministry that shapes the future of the Church.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a deep love for Jesus and a contagious desire for students to know and follow Him.
• Create welcoming, engaging environments where students feel known, valued, and challenged to grow.
• Equip and empower adult and student leaders to own the mission and disciple others.
• Collaborate across ministries to foster intergenerational connection and spiritual formation.
• Align with our vision to be a church that overflows with generosity, raises up leaders of all ages, and lives on mission every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly Sunday morning and Sunday evening gatherings for middle and high school students.
• Lead mid‑week Young Adult groups and activities.
• Develop and lead Student/Young Adult discipleship pathways, events, retreats, and serving opportunities.
• Recruit, train, and shepherd volunteer teams.
• Identify, recruit, and train up young leaders.
• Partner with parents as primary disciple‑makers in their homes.
• Contribute to the larger staff team and church vision.

• Has strong relational, organizational, and communication skills.
• Is humble, hungry, and emotionally intelligent.
• Can build a disciple‑making movement, not just run a program.
