Salary Range: $48,479.56 – $99,924.76
All certified job postings eligible for the Enhanced Support Zone Stipend will receive a minimum of $6,000 stipend ($1,500 paid each quarter) in 2026‑2027.
Certified Critical Need Incentive:
Candidates selected for critical need‑based positions are eligible to receive salary credit of up to 25 years of approved previous experience.
- Plan, organize, and deliver the program of instruction based on approved curriculum.
- Monitor, evaluate, and communicate student progress.
- Maintain records and produce reports.
- Enforce Board policies, regulations, and rules.
- Supervise students.
- Secure and maintain school property and materials.
- Kentucky certification appropriate to the grade level and curricular assignment.
- Experience and preparation required by the Board.
