Job Description:The Respiratory Therapy Department within the Lansing School of Nursing & Clinical Sciences at Bellarmine University invites applications for qualified part-time faculty to provide instructionfor RTH 430/630:
Cardiopulmonary Disease Management II during theFall 2026 semester.
This course will be delivered entirely online in an asynchronousformat. The adjunct faculty member will be responsible forfacilitating an engaging and academically rigorous learning experience, communicating regularly with students, evaluatingstudent performance, providing timely feedback, and maintainingcourse materials within the university's learning managementsystem. The instructor will also be expected to follow established course objectives, departmental standards, and university policies.
Bellarmine University's Fall 2026 semester begins August 20, 2026.Adjunct faculty appointments are made on a semester-by-semesterbasis and are contingent upon departmental needs, courseenrollment, and university approval.
Qualified candidates should possess relevant academic credential sand professional experience in respiratory therapy, cardiopulmonarycare, disease management, or a closely related clinical field.
Previous college-level teaching experience, particularly in anonline or asynchronous environment, is preferred.
Applicants must have a master's or doctoral degree, experience inthe clinical specialty area, and license to practice as aprofessional respiratory therapist in Kentucky or Indiana. Priorteaching experience is preferred.
