Francis Parker School of Louisville
, a coed Independent School founded in the Progressive tradition that is committed to equity and justice in Louisville, KY, seeks a Director of Enrollment Management. We have two campuses – Goshen (Preschool 2s - 8th Grade) and Downtown (High School). This position oversees all enrollment management, including financial aid and current student retention. The position oversees two Admission Directors, works in conjunction with our Marketing and Communications team, reports to the Head of School, and serves on the Leadership Team.
We seek candidates who are passionate, energetic, and outgoing; possess excellent communication and organizational skills; have a sales-orientation and are self-starters; work well in a team; and are interested in developing and practicing cultural competence.
At minimum, a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years' experience as an Admissions Director are required.
