The Assistant Track & Field Coach is responsible for assistingboth programs in all aspects of administration and operation of acompetitive Division I collegiate track and field and cross-countryprogram.

Duties include:

• Aid with practice/competition activities for an NCAA Division Iprogram;
• Help manage student-athlete skill development and performance analysis;
• Abide by and comply with National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), Conference rules, academic standards,requirements, and policies of the Department of Athletics and University;
• Interact with a wide variety of people in a manner that positively portrays the University, its programs, and its personnel;
• Promote a culture of inclusion, working effectively within aculture of individuals with diverse backgrounds, styles, abilities,and motivations;
• Contribute to the overall success of the university'sintercollegiate athletics program by performing all other dutiesand responsibilities as assigned;
• Work is performed in an indoor/outdoor environment.

• Must have a bachelor's degree or higher
• 1 - 2 years of collegiate or professional coaching or playing experience
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
