Job Description:Adjunct MBA Instructor - Project Management
The Business Administration Department at the Rubel School of Business, Bellarmine University, located in Louisville, Ky. invites applications for an adjunct (one semester) instructor for its MBAcourse, Project Management. This position is for the Spring 2027semester. The course is virtual synchronous and will be taught on Thursday evenings, 6:30 - 9:00 p.m. Eastern (Jan. 14, Jan. 28, Feb.
11, Feb. 25, Mar. 11, Mar. 25, Apr. 8, Apr. 22).

Description:
This course is designed to introduce and explore concepts and practices of project management. Students willapply the skills and tools taught in the class to in-classassignments as well as to projects in other courses and in the workplace. The course covers a broad range of topics ranging fromthe knowledge necessary to execute a project to the management and leadership of project activities within an organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's or doctorate in a field related to Project Management,such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Engineering Management (18 hours minimum graduate coursework).
- Strong commitment to excellence in teaching.
- Candidates should embody the University's commitment to student success and inclusive excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Five years' work experience managing projects and/orcourse-related applied projects.
- Experience teaching in the areas of Project Management,Operations Management, or Business Strategy.
