Certified and trained coaches work with ages 2–18 in both recreational and competitive programs. The academy offers a variety of activities, including gymnastics, tumbling, birthday parties, and camps. First Stop Preschool Assistant Teacher is a part-time, on-site role based in Louisville, KY. This role supports lead instructors in delivering age-appropriate academic and movement activities for preschool-aged children. Daily responsibilities include helping set up and organize equipment, assisting with class transitions, engaging children in safe and fun activities, and reinforcing positive behavior and classroom expectations. The Assistant Preschool Teacher collaborates with teachers to follow lesson plans, communicates with caregivers as needed, and helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all participants.

• Ability to support Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development for preschool and early movement activities.
• Knowledge of Early Childhood Education principles and experience working with Kindergarten or preschool-aged children.
• Strong Communication skills with children, caregivers, and team members.
• Interest in youth sports, physical education, or child development; previous experience in a classroom, camp, or coaching setting is a plus.
• Ability to maintain a safe environment, follow safety guidelines, and assist children with basic gymnastics skills.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and ability to work scheduled part-time shifts on-site in Louisville, KY.
