Licensure RequirementsValid credential from the Ohio Department of Education
Qualifications- Meets all mandated health screening and licensure requirements
- A record free of criminal violations that prohibit school employment
- Compliant with drug-free workplace rules
- Compliant with board policies and administrative guidelines/procedures
- Must pass State and Federal background checks
- Ability to establish working relationships with co-workers
- Ability to keep current with work skills essential to the objectives of the position
- Ability to meet academic needs of students
- Advocates for the individual needs of all students
- Consults with supervisor to resolve questions and/or concerns
