The Core BusinessThe core business of our Energy Solutions division is the delivery of Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs). Our ESPCs are a viable way to upgrade and renovate facilities in a budget-neutral or even budget-positive way, diverting money already being spent on utilities into facility upgrades, covering scope development, design, bidding, construction management, commissioning, measurement and verification, and ongoing energy management services.
Job Description- Use CAD software to create and modify technical drawings and layouts in accordance with company CAD standards.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other CAD staff to create and revise drawings.
- Manage workload, including volunteering to help others and requesting additional support when needed.
- Perform occasional site visits to obtain necessary information.
- Print, scan, and organize CAD drawings as needed.
- 1–3+ years of related work experience.
- Prior experience with CAD software is preferred but not required.
- Detail-oriented.
- Motivated to learn.
