Electrical Engineer

Electrical Engineer (5–10 Years) | Fully Remote

I’m partnering with a well-established, employee‑owned (ESOP) consulting engineering firm seeking a mid-level Electrical Engineer to join their growing team.

This firm is known for delivering high-quality, energy-efficient MEP designs across healthcare, education, and commercial facilities and offers a collaborative, low‑ego culture where engineers have real technical ownership, client exposure, and a clear path to leadership.

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.

-based)

• Design power distribution, lighting, and low‑voltage building systems
• Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, and code compliance reviews
• Produce coordinated construction documents in Revit and AutoCAD
• Prepare specifications and technical documentation
• Coordinate closely with mechanical, plumbing, and architectural teams
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and construction administration
• Support junior staff and assist with QA/QC

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering
• 5–10 years of consulting or building systems design experience
• FE or working toward PE preferred (PE a plus)
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong working knowledge of NEC and NFPA
• Organized, self‑directed, and comfortable managing multiple projects independently
