Injection Molding Process Engineer

Forvia is a global leader in automotive technology, helping shape safer, more comfortable, and more sustainable mobility. We are seeking a Process Engineer to support our Interiors manufacturing plant in Louisville, KY
.

In this role, you will:

• Ensure series production meets customer, safety, and quality requirements
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across labor, quality, equipment, and processes
• Support launch readiness for new products, equipment, and processes
• Maintain and improve manufacturing processes, work instructions, and plant layout
• Partner with maintenance and production teams to solve problems and reduce downtime
• Track and report key manufacturing engineering indicators (cycle time, reliability, changeover, etc.)
• Support and develop the manufacturing engineering team while reinforcing Forvia’s Code of Ethics and “Being Forvia” values

• 3+ years of experience in injection molding (automotive preferred)
• Hands-on experience with robotics, automation, and/or dispensing equipment
• Experience with troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, SPC, DOE, and PFMEA
• Familiarity with PLC programming a plus
• Strong problem-solving capability and a collaborative mindset
