About the Company:
We’re representing a growing automation organization expanding its Filtration Division. This is a hybrid commercial–technical role designed for an engineer with strong automation experience who wants to learn a specialized filtration niche and grow into a full Sales Engineer role over time through structured mentorship and a clear ramp plan.
- Support spare parts requests, inbound leads, and dormant account outreach to help drive new business growth
- Act as the technical-commercial bridge between customers, engineering, and sales leadership while maintaining CRM/pipeline updates (Hub Spot)
- Assist with quoting, system configuration, and early proposal development while joining customer calls and site visits
Requirements:
- Engineering background with strong automation or industrial systems experience
- Strong communicator who is organized, proactive, and coachable
- Interest in customer engagement and long-term growth into a Sales Engineer role
