We are seeking an Automation Technician to collaborate closely with our Electrical Engineer on a variety of automation projects. This role involves troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance on equipment such as robots and conveyors.
Responsibilities- Assist the Electrical Engineer with automation projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on equipment such as robots and conveyors.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
- Strong knowledge in automation, troubleshooting, and robotics.
- Proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
Skills & Qualifications
- Associate's degree in engineering, automation, robotics, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of electrical fundamentals.
- Mechanical aptitude.
This position offers a climate-controlled and very clean work environment. The company culture is highly engaging with regular cookouts, lunches, and giveaways. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
