Talis Groups’ client is a well-established, leading industrial facility, dedicated to responsible, sustainable, and compliant production. Their mission is to ensure safety, environmental integrity, and continuous improvement across their facilities. They are seeking an experienced hands‑on Mechanical Reliability Engineer to be responsible for plant maintenance and reliability engineering on assigned projects.

Salary: $95 - $110K + full benefits package and an amazing team environment.

Highlighted Duties:
  • Provide plant maintenance and reliability engineering support for assigned projects.
  • Assist with the implementation and administration of a new maintenance work order system.
  • Analyze maintenance system data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support efforts to improve overall plant equipment performance, uptime, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to improve preventative and predictive maintenance practices.
  • Help develop and refine maintenance processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Highlighted Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Plant Engineer
    , Reliability Engineer
    , or Maintenance Engineer in an industrial environment.
  • Familiarity with CAD software.
  • Strong understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance techniques.
  • Ability to travel throughout the plant, including stairways and inclines.
  • Comfortable working in an industrial environment with moving machinery, dust, heat, cold, and noise.
  • Ability to occasionally wear a respirator and work at heights or in confined spaces.
  • Willingness to wear required daily PPE (hardhat, safety glasses, safety shoes, and hearing protection).
