Environmental Health Safety Specialist

As a EHS Specialist, you will be the driving force behind safety and environmental excellence in our facility. Your mission is to ensure every team member goes home safe every day, while maintaining compliance with all safety, environmental, and legal requirements.

• Identify hazards and uncover opportunities for safety improvements.
• Lead and conduct investigations for all incidents and accidents.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training to keep the workforce informed and empowered.
• Actively coach operations teams—attend meetings, conduct facility inspections, and investigate incidents.
• Perform inspection audits on processes and equipment to ensure all safety standards are met.
• Promote team involvement activities to improve safety systems and boost operational efficiency.
• Track and analyze safety data to identify trends, providing actionable insights to management.
