Looking for a PM role where your expertise in water and wastewater is genuinely valued, your clients know your name, and your compensation reflects your impact? This is it. We are placing a Senior Project Manager for a respected engineering consulting firm with a growing Louisville footprint and a strong book of municipal work.
What’s In It For You- $120,000 - $150,000+ base salary, commensurate with experience
- Annual bonus and yearly merit increases
- Relocation assistance provided: $2,500 - $5,000 paid by the company, negotiable based on your situation
- Hybrid schedule: 2 days in office, 3 remote
- Collaborative team environment with strong department leadership

- 10+ years in water/wastewater planning, design, or construction (strong candidates with slightly less experience are encouraged to apply)
- PE license required
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
- Proven client management and business development experience
- Experience writing proposals, scopes of work, and project budgets
- Stormwater design background is a plus, but not required
