Senior Geotechnical Engineer Responsibilities

• Lead projects from proposal development through final delivery
• Oversee subsurface investigations and field operations
• Interpret laboratory and in situ testing data
• Prepare and review detailed geotechnical engineering reports
• Perform design and analysis of shallow and deep foundations
• Evaluate bearing capacity and settlement
• Design retaining systems, anchors, slopes and earthworks
• Support client relationship management and contract negotiation
• Contribute to business development and revenue growth
• Mentor and guide junior engineering staff

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Geological or Mining Engineering, or Geology
• Ten or more years of geotechnical engineering experience
• Strong technical writing and reporting skills
• Demonstrated expertise in foundation and slope design
• Experience supporting client accounts and contributing to project growth
• A Professional Engineer license is advantageous but not required
