By midday, you’re reviewing vendor proposals for a $1.2M upgrade, and by late afternoon, you’re coaching a technician through a new reliability standard—closing the loop on yesterday’s RCI and preparing the team for an upcoming turnaround.

• Maintenance management for all line equipment with a focus on reliability and uptime.
• Development of maintenance performance metrics and a robust training program.
• Implementation of corrective actions that lock in machine reliability improvements.
• Ownership of Cap Ex initiatives from $500k to $3M—planning, execution, and commissioning.
• Strategy and execution for plant shutdowns/turnarounds with cross‑functional partners.
• Tight collaboration with engineering and other groups to align resources and schedules.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven success overseeing multimillion Cap Ex projects ($500k–$3M).
• Experience planning and running shutdown events.

• Lean and continuous improvement background.
• Experience leading RCI’s.

• Persuasive communicator who builds strong cross‑functional relationships.
