Requisition SummaryDynacraft is looking for a Product Engineer to support our current and future product lines. The role requires an energetic, creative engineer to improve product and service offerings. Responsibilities include maintaining business support for Dynacraft goals, coordinating efforts across multiple business disciplines, developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships, and demonstrating strong leadership and project management skills. The position will be located in either McKinney, TX or Louisville, KY.
Job Responsibilities- Provides technical support to customers engineers for Dynacraft products.
- Model designs for both customers and Dynacraft proprietary products.
- Develop and maintain assembly drawings on truck related components.
- Develop bills of material, labor estimates and product cost estimates.
- Conduct product qualification testing, prepare test schedules, and report results.
- Resolve issues related to quality or manufacturing.
- Coordinate with suppliers to find high‑performing products while reducing costs.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years of engineering experience in an industry‑related role.
- Thorough knowledge and experience with Creo / Windchill.
- Excellent teamwork philosophy, including written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating bills of materials for modern designs.
- Experience coordinating prototyping of parts.
- Experience specifying testing and evaluating results.
- Experience coordinating supplier activities and directing production pilot activities.
- Outstanding organizational, planning, and tracking skills.
- Attention to detail with a “big picture” focus.
- Willingness to learn and apply new engineering processes & techniques to solve complex technical problems.
- Four‑year degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Six Sigma training strongly desired.
