Experience:

Minimum 15 Years.

• Lead optimization and performance improvement of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and motors.
• Provide technical consultancy and engineering support for maintenance, troubleshooting, and failure analysis.
• Review equipment design, specifications, and maintenance strategies to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to resolve equipment performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Support commissioning, inspection, and maintenance planning for rotating machinery.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in rotating equipment management within oil & gas or refinery environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of pumps, compressors, turbines, motors and associated control systems.
• Proven ability to perform root‑cause analysis and implement reliability improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with operations and maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
