Integrated Master Scheduler
PGS Worldwide is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler in Louisville, KY for a one-year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company.
The Integrated Master Scheduler will build, maintain, and analyze program schedules that support major aerospace and defense projects. This role works across finance, engineering, procurement, operations, manufacturing, quality, and program leadership to keep schedules accurate, compliant, and useful for managing program performance.
Required Skills- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field with 7+ years of planning/scheduling experience, or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience building compliant Integrated Master Schedules using WBS, RAM, and SOW inputs.
- Experience with Earned Value Management.
- Experience using scheduling software such as Open Plan and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to develop detailed, logic-driven program schedules that function as effective program management tools.
- Experience integrating program plans and schedules across finance, engineering, procurement, operations, manufacturing, and quality.
- Experience preparing regular IMS updates and reports for program management, customers, and business management personnel.
- Ability to monitor schedule performance, identify variances, and support work‑around or recovery plans.
- Experience analyzing critical paths, driving paths, schedule risk, and opportunity.
- Ability to ensure schedules and related contract deliverables comply with internal policies, customer requirements, and industry standards.
- Ability to assemble and present complex scheduling data clearly to stakeholders outside the Master Planning & Scheduling team.
- No security clearance required.
- 710 years of Integrated Master Scheduler experience.
- Experience reading government contracts.
- Experience building Integrated Master Schedules in compliance with Earned Value Methodologies.
- Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule to support program objectives.
- Ensure major project and program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated across functional teams.
- Track program schedule performance and maintain accurate plans and schedules.
- Perform risk analysis and identify critical path or network logic conflicts.
- Use Gantt charts, PERT charts, milestone charts, Earned Value Management, and other project management techniques to measure progress.
- Identify schedule performance variances and help focus attention on critical areas.
- Prepare schedule updates, reports, and contract deliverables for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support schedule recovery planning when program activities fall behind plan.
- Travel up to 10% as needed.
- 9/80 schedule.
- Overtime expected as needed.
- $52.80/hour
