- Professional development and mentoring throughout the rotation
- Collaborate with an assignment leader to achieve business‑supporting objectives and learning goals
- Complete technical assignments across product areas such as refrigeration, washer systems, cooking products, and electronic hardware (PCB design, hardware design, and debugging)
- Contribute to new innovations and equipment development
- Participate in training opportunities to enhance technical and professional skills (including communication and resume writing)
- Engage with company committees for networking and community service activities
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
- Expected graduation May 2027 or later
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (out of 4.0)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
- Experience with multiple co‑op rotations before graduation
- Relevant coursework in electrical engineering disciplines
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Motivation and adaptability to learn new concepts
- Passion for engineering and innovation
