Location:
On-Site (5 days). We are hiring a Contracting Project Specialist/Superintendent to manage smaller turnkey projects, supervise subcontractors, cover administration, implementation, and customer satisfaction, and lead on tasks within larger turnkey projects with limited oversight.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and developing communication plans with internal and external stakeholders to provide timely project updates.
- Lead all aspects of project administration, including navigating state, city, county, federal and local governing agency requirements, and proactively manage projects for business compliance, project documentation, and safety guidelines.
- Validate project scope, cost, and schedule by reviewing contract documents, holding internal meetings, and establishing customer expectations.
- Utilize qualified subcontractors, award subcontracts, manage subcontractor execution, and collaborate to establish communication guidelines for project progress, meetings, billing expectations, and safety.
- Financially manage project aspects according to forecasted cost/revenue, forecasted cost at completion, monitor expenses, provide collections support, and oversee monthly backlog review with leaders.
- Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Project Management degree; or combination of degree and 1–3 years of experience.
- Experience with project schedules / PM construction software.
- Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with a clean driving record (no major or frequent violations such as DUI, Hit & Run, license suspension, reckless driving, or multiple infractions in the previous 3 years).
